Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    All items purchased from the Creators Coven store are eligible for a refund within 5 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in the condition they were shipped. Please note that custom-made items, digital downloads, and event tickets are not eligible for refunds.
     

  2. Time Frame for Refund Requests
    Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the receipt of the item.
     

  3. Condition of Goods
    To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
     

  4. Refund Request Process
    Customers wishing to request a refund must do so through the Refund Request Page available on the members' section of our website. All requests should include either a receipt or an order number for reference.
     

  5. Refund Method
    Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment if the item is returned. In situations where this is not possible, a store credit will be issued.
     

  6. Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

  7. Processing Time
    Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the receipt of the refund request, provided all conditions are met.
     

  8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
    In cases of defective items, incorrect orders, or delayed delivery, please contact us immediately via the Refund Request Page in the members' section. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
     

  9. Policy Changes
    Customers will be informed of any changes to our refund policy via email.
